Of course, we won't just leave you out in the rain with this notice. We are pleased to be able to offer you several options that can turn the end of bookatonce into a new and positive beginning.

If you decide to choose a software solution other than protel Air, we will of course enable you to take along your application data and other stored data from bookatonce. 

The exit package is free of charge and contains the following data:

The Exit Package is available via the bookatonce customer portal until 31 July 2019. Please note: You will loose all of your data, if you miss this date!

You can use the Exit Package for a period for four weeks even after bookatonce has been switched off on 30 June 2019. Please refer to our user manual for detailed instructions.

Not really an option, but rather a guarantor for data loss. 

Before you decide for this option --- or simply do nothing at all -- please remember that you have two possibilities to save your data for the time "after bookatonce":

Option 3: Final good-bye

If you switch to protel Air, your bookatonce data will be transferred to protel Air during migration. You can then continue working with the data that you are already familiar with.

If you choose the exit package, you save your bookatonce data in a generally readable format. They are available in PDF format or can be used with other software.

Option1:

If you neither switch to protel Air nor choose the exit-package --- or simply decide to do nothing --- the following will happen:

Your data will be irrevocably deleted one month after 1 August 2019!
They cannot be restored and are irretrievably lost.

Are you absolutely certain that you will no longer require the room and reservation data in your bookatonce system in the future?

protel Air can do everything that bookatonce can do --- and much more. Have you ever thought about connecting a third party system? Everything is possible with the interfaces from protel Air!

Another huge advantage: If you switch to protel Air, you will take all your bookatonce data with you and continue to work with your familiar data after the migration.

For all bookatonce customers who switch to protel Air, we offer attractive special conditions*:

• Clients switching from bookatonce get protel Air free of charge for the first 3 months.
• After that, you are charged only 50 % of the full price for the time of 2 years.
• The offer contains 24/7 support.
• The conversion of the bookatonce data base is free of charge.
• Configuring the system data and basic user training will be charged 1 service day each.

Continue using your bookatonce through 30 June 2019.

As of 1 July, you will no longer be able to log in and will not have any more access to the software.

Unless you decide to use one of the options presented below, all of your data in the system will be irrevocably deleted as of 01 August, in accordance with GDPR compliance.

The time has come for bookatonce to make way for the next generation. Flash-based software such as bookatonce can no longer meet the safety and user-friendliness requirements that are taken for granted by younger software solutions such as protel Air.

Consequently, well-known web browsers will no longer use Flash as a programming language. Suppliers such as Microsoft, Google or Mozilla have already discontinued support for Flash. As a result, we are forced to discontinue the further development of bookatonce.

The clock is ticking ...

The time interval for the changeover is prescribed by law.

After 30 June it is too late!

Until 30 June, there's still time for you to save your data or place an order for the change to protel Air. In both cases, your data will be retained beyond the deadline.
